Welcome to TRUE BLACK. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TRUE BLACK mobile application ("App") operated by Astralis Coffee Works Private Limited ("we", "our", or "us"). By using our App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
To place orders, you must create an account using your mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and placing orders.
When you place an order through the App, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion.
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary by location and are subject to change without notice.
Payment is processed securely through our payment partners. We accept various payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, and cash on pickup.
Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins. Once preparation has started, orders cannot be cancelled. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Orders are prepared for pickup at your selected TRUE BLACK location. Please collect your order within 30 minutes of the estimated ready time.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please speak to our staff immediately. We will remake your drink or provide a refund at our discretion.
Our loyalty program allows you to earn points on purchases and redeem rewards. Points have no cash value and expire after 12 months of account inactivity. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time.

The App and its content, including logos, text, graphics, and software, are owned by Astralis Coffee Works Private Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astralis Coffee Works Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
