Welcome to True Black. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the True Black mobile application (the “App”) and our website https://trueblack.coffee (the “Website”), together with all related services (the “Services”). The Services are owned and operated by Astralis Coffee Works Private Limited (“Astralis Coffee Works”, “True Black”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), under the brand True Black Speciality Coffee.
By accessing, browsing, or ordering through the Services, you indicate your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. We may update or revise these Terms at our sole discretion. Continued use of the Services after any change constitutes your acceptance of those changes. All products and information displayed constitute an “invitation to offer”; your order constitutes an “offer” which we may accept or reject at our discretion.
Use of the Services is available only to persons who can lawfully enter into contracts under applicable law. Persons who are “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 (including un-discharged insolvents) are not eligible. We reserve the right to terminate your access if we discover that you are under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible.
You can browse as a guest, but certain features require an account. When you register, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate your registration at any time, without notice, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. While we strive for accuracy, typographical or pricing errors may occur. Where a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may, at our sole discretion, correct the price or information, or refuse or cancel any order for that product, unless it has already been dispatched.
All orders are subject to our Return, Refund, Cancellation & Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: perishable items (coffee, food, and beverages) are non-returnable; App pickup/dine-in orders are refunded only where rejected or cancelled by our store; and eligible merchandise may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition.
When you use the Services or send us emails, data, or other communications, you consent to receive communications from us electronically — including order updates, service notices, and, where you have opted in, marketing messages.
Any reviews, comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other submissions you provide in connection with the Services (“Comments”) will be treated as non-confidential and become our property. By submitting Comments, you assign to us all worldwide rights, title, and interest in them, and we may use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute them for any purpose, without restriction or compensation to you. We are under no obligation to keep Comments confidential, to pay for them, or to respond to them.
You agree that your Comments will not violate any third-party right (including copyright, trademark, or privacy), will not be unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, and will not contain software viruses, spam, or solicitations. You are solely responsible for your Comments and agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from them. We may, but are not obliged to, monitor, edit, or remove Comments at our discretion. You agree not to use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or mislead as to the origin of your Comments.
All content on the Services — including the True Black name, logos, text, graphics, images, and software — is owned by or licensed to Astralis Coffee Works and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent.
While we strive to provide accurate product, pricing, and availability information, we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and to update or cancel affected orders as described in Section 3.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Astralis Coffee Works Private Limited, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
